 Introducing NomadCoach, a skilled and knowledgeable coach with a strong passion for fitness and wellness. NomadCoach's journey into fitness began with a personal quest to overcome her own physical weaknesses and a thirst for activity. Starting out as a lifeguard in 2007, she became a fully qualified swimming teacher in 2012 while also practising Taekwondo. Her lifelong passion for Taekwondo, practising and competing at a high level, eventually saw her become a master and coach, including coaching at international events such as the 2016 Olympic qualification and the world and Asian championships.


With a diverse background in sports science and coaching in Taekwondo, swimming, and more, NomadCoach brings a wealth of expertise and experience to the table. NomadCoach is also a dedicated learner, continually studying and developing her skills. In 2016, she earned her Higher education diploma in Level 2 fitness instructor and Level 3 personal training and nutrition.

However, she did not stop there and attended various courses and training programs further to develop her knowledge and understanding of the physical activity.

In 2020, NomadCoach was offered an unconditional place to study for a postgraduate Master's in Strength and Conditioning from the University of Greenwich, London. Despite facing illness and Covid lockdowns, she completed almost 60% of the course before deferring. Following a long and challenging rehab journey after a major operation, NomadCoach resumed her training, coaching, and studying at the end of 2021 and 2022, continuing to develop her skills and knowledge.


As a personal trainer and nutritionist, NomadCoach has a deep understanding of fitness, nutrition, and Physiology. She offers personalised coaching and support to help clients of all levels achieve their goals, whether building strength, getting fit, or leading a healthier lifestyle.
