I started my journey in 2012 where I have been putting myself directly in the field, studying, coaching, competing personally all together so almost everything I know I have already experimented on myself first. Currently I am studying Msc Strength and conditioning.
I am a dedicated trainer and can always be found within the gym personal training, teaching classes, teaching swimming, martial arts or training myself.
I have worked with a wide range of clients. I am competent in strength, endurance, power, weight loss, weight gain/Bulk up, kicking and boxing (sparring), swimming (if you have your owns swimming pool) Taekwondo, TRX, Flexibility, injury prevention, nutrition advice, movement analysis and correction.
NomadCoach Has a very nice style of coaching and training. She has a good process of understanding what her clients needs and requirement s are and caters her Training accordingly.
One of the best coaches I’ve worked with as an athlete. Quite up to scratch with her sport specific knowledge as well as the generic fitness requirements. She has helped me progress both physically and mentally throughout the time we worked together. Definitely recommend
