DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?

WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?
I believe most of us can train without any equipment at all, learning how to move correctly, how to handle your own body weight and how to use the space and what you have at home will be our first step to your training programme at home but there are some things then we can purchase such as resistance bands are my must haves . A foam roller and a tennis ball yes absolutely, but again we can slowly build up our equipments if we really need them.
HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR GYM TRAINER?
We think it's best not to compare ourselves to others whine 1 trainer may be a suitable trainer for you while another person will not. Our trainers are unique in their own way we have many years of experience and constantly training and improving our knowledge to keep our knowledge up to date.
