Move well. Get strong. Stay capable.

Individual coaching for people who want to get stronger, move with more confidence, return to training or improve sport performance — with programming that develops step by step as you do.

Start where you are Your history, current capacity and goals shape the starting point.
Build what you need Training focuses on the qualities that matter for you and your goals.
Adapt as you progress The programme develops as your strength, capacity and goals change.

Start where you are. Build what you need.

Your training should fit your body, goals, experience and circumstances — not force you into a standard programme.

We can build progress step by step, adjusting the plan as you get stronger, recover, develop new skills or your goals change.

Depending on what you need, coaching may draw from strength and conditioning, movement work, combat-sport preparation, water-based training, return-to-training work and menstrual-cycle-aware programming.

01

Strength, Movement & Capability

For people who want to feel stronger, move with confidence and keep doing the things that matter to them.

  • Functional strength
  • Movement quality, mobility and control
  • Returning to training after injury
  • Strength, mobility and stability assessment
  • Water-based training and conditioning
  • General fitness and conditioning
  • Long-term physical capability

The starting point is where you are now. The programme develops from there.

02

Combat & Athletic Performance

For martial artists and athletes who need physical preparation built around the demands of their sport, their body and their current level.

  • Strength and power development
  • Taekwondo and combat-sport conditioning
  • Kicking performance and lower-body capacity
  • Movement and performance assessment
  • Water-based conditioning for combat athletes
  • Competition preparation and recovery
  • Cycle-aware performance planning where relevant

Train the physical qualities that support what you need to do in your sport.

I became a coach because I wanted answers.

I came to coaching through my own need to understand training and injury. I wanted to know why problems happened, what actually helped and how to keep progressing rather than simply pushing through.

That curiosity led me through competitive taekwondo, strength and conditioning, personal training, nutrition, water-based training and international coaching.

I still approach coaching with the same curiosity. I continue to study, research and question what I know because training is never finished knowledge. Bodies are different, research develops and every person presents a different problem to solve.

Some people want to perform in competition. Others want to return after a setback, feel stronger, move with more confidence or stay physically independent as they get older. The goal changes, and the programme should change with it.

I do not need everyone to fit one training method. The aim is to choose the tools that make sense for the person, build progress step by step and keep adapting as their needs change.

One of the best coaches I’ve worked with as an athlete. She has a strong understanding of sport-specific training as well as general fitness, and helped me progress both physically and mentally.
