Do you have back pain? Spine problems? Pelvic problems, perhaps had a surgery such as laparoscopy, C-section, Oophorectomy or anything that involved your core? Or perhaps you don't have a problem but you also need to stay strong and prevent injuries.

Your core is weak? So you still need to strengthen it!

Core muscles are one group of muscles that always need to be moving for us to stay healthy and problem less if that is even a word!

So the traditional sit-ups is not for you, in my experience it will aggravate the spine more. Try this variation instead and concentrate on inhaling and exhaling, find your moment.

Don't try to go fast and try this until you feel the burn then start counting perhaps 12 more reps ?
