IS HER ๐Ÿ‘ REAL OR FAKE?

Most people understimate the power of the band! We also understimate the importance of exercising our gluteus.

We sit on our bottoms almost over 6 hours per day and what that does is?.... makes them seriously weak so then all the pressure is on the spine, which cause many problems but firstly back pain.

These exercises can be done literally anywhere, anytime!

Not only they will make your ๐Ÿ‘ Look better than J-Lo but also stronger ๐Ÿ‘ is = to less lower back pain = to Less pressure on your spine!

So every now and then try just off your chair one of these exercises for 30 reps. We understand you are working and so many of us are working from home now so we understand there is no time, but lets try to make time, because a sexier and stronger bottom is equal to happier you whoch is equal to you performing better at work or others....

If you have a resistance band, add it around your knees and feel the ๐Ÿ”ฅ dear even more.


You do not need to prepare for this or go to the gym, spend time getting ready or warm up for these.

You can do even one exercise per day and get results but remember, we are always talking in long term! Magic is for fairy tales!

Gluteus exercises are also a great warm up exercise for activation which is just a fancy word we use for basically waking up your ๐Ÿ‘ muscles.
